Being Real Estate is a property discovery and information platform. We list homes, projects and localities, offer free calculators and research tools, and connect you with advisors, developers and lending partners. We are not the seller, landlord or lender in any transaction.
Listings and information
Property details, prices, availability and project information are provided by owners, developers and partners or compiled from public sources. While we work to keep listings accurate and verified, we cannot guarantee that every detail is current or error-free. Always confirm specifics directly with the relevant party before acting.
No professional advice
Our tools, valuations, price estimates and content are for general information only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Verify RERA registration, title, pricing and legal status through official sources such as the RERA portal and IGR records before any purchase or commitment.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of any listing or enquiry you submit. You agree not to post false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content, and not to misuse, scrape or disrupt the platform.
User-submitted listings
If you post a property, you confirm you have the right to list it and that the details are true. We may review, edit, unpublish or remove any listing that violates these terms or that we believe to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
Third-party links and partners
The platform may link to or introduce third-party advisors, lenders, developers and services. We are not responsible for their content, offers or conduct. Any dealing you have with them is between you and that third party.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Being Real Estate is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on listings, tools or content, or from any transaction entered into with a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
